As 2024 draws to a close after what has been a challenging year for many, I hope you all find some rest and replenishment in this time between. Here are my wishes for each of the 9 Enneagram types:

Type 1:

May you enter the new year knowing that you are absolutely fine, just as you are. May you grant yourself patience and grace, and may you find joy in imperfection, trusting that the world does not need you to be perfect to love you.

Type 2:

May you step into the new year knowing that your worth is not tied to the value you provide to others. May you learn to acknowledge the humanness of your own needs, and may you feel the deep truth that caring for yourself doesn’t take anything away from anyone else.

Type 3:

May the coming year remind you that you are enough, regardless of what you do and what you achieve. May you rediscover the beauty of simply being, without effort and without busyness, and may you feel deeply valued for who you are behind the striving and the accomplishments

Type 4:

May you enter the new year with the peace of knowing that you are whole just as you are. May you discover beauty in the quiet rhythms of life, and may you feel deeply connected to yourself and others, trusting that your uniqueness shines effortlessly without striving.

Type 5:

May you step into the new year with the assurance that it’s okay to step away from your thoughts and seek connection. May you find joy in sharing your inner world and trust that your presence enriches others, not because of what you know, but because of who you are.

Type 6:

May the new year bring you a deep sense of inner safety and trust in yourself. May you see how strong and resourceful you truly are, and may you find comfort in the people and moments that remind you that you are never alone.

Type 7:

May you step into the new year with the understanding that true joy comes from embracing the full catastrophe of life —including its quieter, slower, and even difficult moments. May you find fulfillment in the present, knowing that you don’t have to chase happiness—it already lives within you.

Type 8:

May the coming year bring you a sense of safety that allows you to soften and open your heart. May you discover the strength in vulnerability and feel the deep connection that comes when you trust others with your truest self.

Type 9:

May the new year remind you that your voice and presence matter. May you find the courage to express your needs and desires, knowing that the world is brighter when you step fully into it, just as you are.
